Cancellations must be received in writing, via fax or e-mail, no later than Friday, September 22 in order to qualify for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor phone requests. "No-shows" who have not pre-paid will be invoiced for the total registration fee.
